6 Weeks to Rewire Your Mindset, Reconnect to Your Body, and Realign Your Life

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself?

This 6-part online workshop series is designed to help you rebuild clarity, calm, and confidence by understanding the science of your mind and tuning into the wisdom of your body.

Led by mindset coach and yoga teacher Chaz Cullen alongside pilates instructor & personal trainer Andrew Raeburn, this series combines powerful coaching tools, gentle movement, breathwork, and evidence-based practices to support real, lasting change.

Each 60-minute session is delivered live on Zoom and recorded for lifetime access—so you can revisit the practices anytime you need a reset.

Mind Body Connection Series Outline

Week 1 – Neuroscience of the Mindset 
Date: 27th May, 7pm
Learn how your brain creates habits, beliefs, and emotional patterns—and how to change them to achieve your goals. 

You’ll take away:

  • A clear understanding of why you feel stuck or self-sabotage
  • Tools to rewire limiting beliefs
  • Practical mindset shifts that support confidence and clarity

Week 2 – The power of movement + Pilates session

Date: 3rd June, 7pm
Learn how to take control of your body and feel the benefits of a full body Pilates flow to release stress, increase energy and create purpose.

You’ll take away:

  • A clear understanding of why movement and exercise are essential to a healthy mind
  • The principles of Pilates and it’s benefits
  • A renewed outlook on how to use exercise as a tool for positive change and momentum in your life

Week 3 – Nutrition, Emotional Regulation and Hormone Health

Date: 10th June, 7pm
Learn how to fuel your body and mind with healthy eating habits – creating a positive relationship with food and yourself.

You’ll take away:

  • A clear understanding of how our eating habits can affect our mood, focus and mental clarity
  • The impact of poor nutrition and mindset on our mental health and how to regulate our habits for positive emotional change
  • The knowledge on how to plan your nutrition for better focus, mental clarity and physical health

Week 4 – Releasing Stress, Guilt, and Perfectionism
Date: 17th June, 7pm
We’ll uncover the hidden drivers behind your stress and high standards—like guilt, fear of failure, or childhood conditioning. Expect reflective coaching, somatic techniques, and guided prompts to help you let go.
You’ll take away:

  • Awareness of the internal pressures holding you back
  • Tools to calm your nervous system and release shame
  • Coaching prompts to build self-trust and healthy boundaries

Week 5 – Mindset Coaching and Yin Yoga
Date: 24th June, 7pm
This session blends mindset coaching with slow, supported Yin Yoga poses to help you drop into your body and access deeper clarity. I’ll guide you through targeted life coaching prompts while you rest in stillness.
You’ll take away:

  • Insight into thought patterns or fears that are keeping you small
  • A calm, regulated nervous system
  • Greater connection to your intuition and internal wisdom

Week 6 – Lessons: Visualisation, Breathwork and Aligning for the Future
Date: 1st July, 7pm
We’ll reflect on what you’ve learned, then anchor it with breathwork and future visioning. I’ll guide you to create a clear, embodied picture of the life you want to step into—without forcing or pushing.
You’ll take away:

  • A powerful future-self visualisation
  • Clarity on your next steps and aligned goals
  • Breathwork tools to use when doubt or fear creeps in
