Transformational coaching is a deep and holistic process that aims to create lasting change in individuals by addressing their core beliefs, values, and sense of identity. Unlike traditional coaching, which often only focuses on achieving specific goals or developing particular skills; transformational coaching also dives into the underlying factors that shape a person’s behaviours, thoughts, and emotions. This approach helps clients to break free from limiting beliefs and old patterns rooted in past conditioning, leading to profound personal growth and a clearer sense of purpose. The ultimate aim is to empower clients to live more fulfilling lives, aligned with their true values and aspirations.

Transformational coaching benefits a diverse range of individuals, particularly those at pivotal moments in life or seeking personal growth and self-awareness. It is ideal for those facing major life transitions, such as career changes or emotional challenges, offering guidance to navigate uncertainty, overcome limiting beliefs, and gain clarity and purpose. It’s also highly effective for driven, ambitious clients who have specific goals but struggle with where to start or need support and accountability to reach them. This form of coaching empowers people to break through creative or emotional blocks, foster stronger relationships, and align their professional or personal lives with their deeper values, ultimately leading to lasting, meaningful transformation.

Working with me involves deep introspective work and powerful questioning, using a combination of techniques tailored to each client’s needs. These may include traditional coaching tools such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which helps reframe limiting beliefs, and elements of humanistic psychology, focusing on personal growth and self-actualisation. I take an integrative approach tailored to each client but it can incorporate holistic practices like breathwork, visualisation, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to release emotional blocks and foster clarity. I also use mindfulness, guided meditation, and somatic-based techniques to enhance self-awareness and create lasting change. This blend of methods helps clients align their mindset, emotions, and actions, promoting sustainable personal transformation.

To get the most out of your coaching sessions, it’s important to have a goal or focus in mind for each session. This could be how you want to feel by the end of the session, what you want to be different in your life, or a particular topic or challenge you’d like to discuss. Reflect on what’s currently on your mind or any areas you feel stuck in, and be ready to explore them openly. Coming in with a clear intention and an open mind will help guide the session and ensure that it’s productive, allowing you to move closer to your desired outcomes.

The duration of coaching varies based on your individual goals and needs. Some clients work with me for a few months to tackle a specific issue, while others engage in longer-term coaching to support ongoing personal development and growth. My coaching relationships are flexible and tailored to each person, so timelines can be discussed to fit your unique requirements. Typical coaching programs range from 3 to 12 months, but this can be adjusted depending on the scope of your goals and the progress you’re making. I also offer one-off deep dive sessions and curated programmes which have a specific focus for each session over a set period of time. Transformational coaching can be used to address various aspects of your life—career, relationships, health, and personal well-being, therefore it can be applied to any topic as I coach the client rather than the problem. However, as a guide, some common areas include:

While there are similarities, coaching is distinct from therapy. Coaching primarily emphasises future goals, personal development, and actionable steps toward achieving one’s objectives. It is forward-focused and aims to empower clients to enhance their performance and achieve their aspirations. Therapy on the other hand, delves into past experiences, emotional challenges, and mental health issues, often working towards healing and resolution of trauma. Therapists are typically trained to address psychological diagnoses and provide clinical support.

With this distinction in mind, I want to emphasise that my role is to provide coaching services and not to act as a therapist. If you find yourself needing therapeutic support or are seeking to address past traumas or mental health matters, I encourage you to reach out to a qualified mental health professional who can assist you in that capacity. My goal here is to facilitate your growth and help you move forward in achieving your goals.

A discovery call is an opportunity for us to explore your goals for coaching and determine our compatibility. It provides an opportunity to discuss your aspirations and challenges, establish trust, and clarify the coaching process; ensuring that it aligns with your expectations. This session also addresses any questions or concerns you may have, while setting intentions for our coaching journey. The discovery call is free of charge and there is no commitment required thereafter.

The cost varies depending on the level of support you require. Ongoing monthly support packages start from £200 per month with a minimum commitment of 3 months. I also offer a one-off deep dive 90-minute session for £120 if you are not yet at a stage to be able to commit to an ongoing relationship.

Yes, sessions will be done online through Google Meet. 

Our coaching sessions last for 60 minutes (unless you book the deep-dive 90 minute session) and occur weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and requirements. 

It’s okay to not have clear goals at the start. Part of the transformational coaching process is to help you gain clarity on what you want from your life and align your actions accordingly. All that I ask is that you are committed to taking the actions that we agree within our sessions to ensure you get the results you desire.
