Coaching with Chaz has changed my life, it has given me direction, purpose and has enabled me to make some huge life decisions and changes which have only come with positive impacts. Connecting with Chaz has been so special, we often have a quick meditation to start our sessions and breathwork helping us both connect and get grounded for the session. I’m excited to see where my journey is heading as I continue my coaching journey as I can only see the positive impacts it’s having!

Chaz came so highly recommended that when I saw her retreat advertised, I thought, why not give it a whirl despite being a bit nervous of meeting new people, being too old, not quite bendy enough 😆 But it was an amazing experience and I came back from Sagres completely blown away. Restored physically and mentally. Chaz is warm, loving, and full of infectious energy. Her yoga, coaching, and meditations struck the perfect balance, and I left feeling grounded, energised, and genuinely inspired to take my intentions home and stick with them. She’s one of those people who just radiates warmth and love, and her energy and enthusiasm shine through into her yoga practice as well as her calm and professional coaching style. I recently took part in Chazs 6 week Mind body connection course and found it to be an incredibly valuable and grounding experience. Each session was informative and I thoroughly enjoyed the chance each week to reconnect with myself both physically and emotionally, and Chaz taught us all practical tools for long-term well-being.
I particularly enjoyed the stress and guilt session, through guided exercises, group discussions, and reflective journaling, I really felt I left the session much lighter and inspired to use what I’d learnt in my day to day life. Shaking is now part of my daily routine!
I highly recommend Chaz to anyone ready to invest in their personal growth and healing, and I can’t wait for the next course to join.
