I recently attended one of Chaz workshops about building a strong and healthy mindset, and I absolutely loved it. It was incredibly practical — we explored powerful tools and got a deep understanding of how our beliefs and emotions work. I also regularly join her yin yoga classes, which are beautifully guided and always include thoughtful prompts that help you reflect and reconnect with yourself. Chaz is truly wonderful — warm, insightful, and deeply supportive. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Chaz came so highly recommended that when I saw her retreat advertised, I thought, why not give it a whirl despite being a bit nervous of meeting new people, being too old, not quite bendy enough 😆 But it was an amazing experience and I came back from Sagres completely blown away.
