Conscious Connected Breathwork with Balance by Chaz

If you’re searching for Conscious Connected Breathwork, you may be looking for more than a breathing technique. Perhaps you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, disconnected from your body or aware that something beneath the surface needs space to move.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful guided breathwork practice that uses a continuous, circular breathing pattern to help you move out of the busy thinking mind and into the felt sense of the body. Through connected breathing, curated music, nervous system awareness and integration, this practice can support emotional release, stress relief, inner clarity and deeper self-connection.

When guiding Conscious Connected Breathwork, I facilitate a grounded, body-based practice for women who are ready to feel, release and reconnect with themselves. This is not about forcing a breakthrough or trying to “fix” yourself. It is about creating enough safety, space and presence for your body to be heard.

Breathwork for Emotional Release, Stress Relief and Self-Connection

Many of us try to think our way through everything. We analyse, reflect, journal, listen to podcasts, make lists and tell ourselves that once we understand the pattern, we should be able to change it. But sometimes insight is not enough.

You can know you need to slow down and still feel guilty when you rest. You can know you want to be seen and still freeze when it is time to take action. You can know a pattern is no longer serving you and still feel unable to move beyond it.

Conscious Connected Breathwork works from the body up. Instead of starting with your thoughts, it uses the breath to support your nervous system, access stored emotion and bring awareness to what is happening beneath the surface. This makes it a powerful somatic breathwork practice for women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, anxious, disconnected, burnt out or stuck in overthinking.

During a session, you’ll be guided to breathe in a connected rhythm, supported by music and gentle facilitation. As the breath continues, you may experience physical sensations, emotional release, memories, insight, relaxation or a deeper sense of presence. Every breathwork experience is different, and there is no right or wrong way to experience it.

Nervous System Regulation Breathwork

Conscious Connected Breathwork can be both activating and deeply regulating. The connected breathing pattern may temporarily bring energy, emotion or sensation to the surface, before supporting the body into rest, integration and release. This is why nervous system awareness is central to the way I guide breathwork.

The aim is not to overwhelm your body or push yourself into intensity. The aim is to build capacity, reconnect with your body and practise staying present with what arises.

In my breathwork sessions, you will always be reminded that you have agency over your own breath. You can slow down, soften, breathe through your nose, return to your natural breath or pause whenever you need to.

Your breath belongs to you.

This practice can support your emotional wellbeing, deepen your self-awareness and help you create a felt sense of safety in the body, so that clarity and self-trust can emerge from a more grounded place.

Yes. Many people use Conscious Connected Breathwork for emotional release because the connected breath can help bring suppressed or unprocessed emotions to the surface. This may include sadness, anger, grief, fear, joy, relief or emotions that are difficult to name. The breath gives you a way to feel and move through emotion rather than only thinking about it.
