It’s the perfect time to get away from the chill, slow down, and give your body and mind the reset they’ve been asking for. Life gets busy. Join Andrew Raeburn and myself for five days of movement, reflection, and reconnection in one of Portugal’s most stunning coastal settings. Sagres offers the ideal backdrop for this retreat: dramatic cliffs, peaceful beaches, and that wide-open sky that makes you breathe a little deeper. This is a 5 day, 4 nights retreat combining the beautiful nature of the Algarve with intentional yoga practice, revitalising pilates and optional surf lessons. The schedule includes a wide range of activities but there will be enough free time pencilled in for you to truly unwind, explore and relax during your 5 days. As guests to the retreat you are encouraged to do as much or as little as you’d like.
