Cacao Ceremony & Breathwork
Open your heart with ceremonial cacao and drop into a deeper connection with your inner landscape. Let the experience guide you back to what really matters. Use the breath to shift your internal state and access stillness. These techniques will help quiet mental noise and reconnect you with your body’s natural rhythms.
New Moon Flow & Yin Yoga
We will have a moon focused yoga flow (Chia) before settling into restorative Yin (Chaz) – the balance of these styles of yoga will calm your nervous system, release tension, and support integration. You’ll leave feeling more anchored and connected to your body and inner world.
Guided Reflection & Mindset Coaching
Taurus invites us to reflect on what brings true stability, beauty and nourishment to our lives. Through group coaching, you’ll connect with your inner voice and plant clear, aligned intentions for the new cycle. Expect honest questions, deep clarity and space to choose new beliefs rooted in self-worth.
Creative Project to Keep
End the evening with a creative project to express and remind you of your new moon intentions for this next cycle. All materials will be provided.
