Ignite Your Power: Yin Yoga & Mindset Coaching Workshop

Why Blend Yin & Mindset Coaching?

Many of us approach personal growth and goal-setting purely from the mind – thinking, strategising, and pushing ourselves forward. But true, lasting change happens not just in the mind, but in the body.


Our nervous system and subconscious mind play a huge role in whether we take action toward our dreams or stay stuck in old patterns. When we hold tension – especially in areas like the neck, shoulders, and jaw – it’s often a sign that we’re carrying stress, self-doubt, or limiting beliefs in our body’s memory.


This is where somatics and Yin Yoga come in. By using long, slow holds in poses, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system, shifting from stress and survival mode into a space of deep presence and safety. When we feel safe in our bodies, our subconscious is more open to change.


In between poses I will offer you the option either to take a rebound which is where you come to a mini savasana, lying on your back in a neutral position to allow your body to return to neutrality. Or you have the option to journal any insights that came up for you in the pose.


As much as this session is to help you gain clarity on what might be holding you back and connect you to a vision for yourself that feels aligned and exciting – this is also an opportunity to build a connection to your body.

Structure of Yin & Mindset Coaching Workshop

We’ll start with a body scan meditation to help build an awareness and connection to our body, I’ll then take you through a collection of yin yoga poses which we hold between 2-5 minutes in stillness and alongside which I will give you some life coaching prompts – we’ll then end with a visualisation in savasana and have time at the end for Q&A.

This is quite a meditative experience so it offers you the chance to respond to these prompts from a place of inner wisdom as we calm the nervous system – the purpose of these prompts are to to help you clear old patterns, access your inner wisdom and step into alignment with your goals. Each pose will give you the space to reflect, release, and rewire your mindset.
