In this immersive session, you’ll be guided through intentional breathing techniques that support emotional release, mental clarity, and physical relaxation. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of space to reset, this class creates a safe and supportive environment to let go of what no longer serves you.

Expect a combination of grounding, guided breath patterns, and calming integration to leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

No prior experience is needed, just come as you are.

You’ll be guided through a series of breathing techniques designed to help you relax, release tension, and reset your mind. The session includes grounding at the start, active breathwork, and a calming integration at the end.

For your Zoom setup, please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, a blanket for warmth, and water. Wear loose, comfortable clothing so you can fully relax.

No experience is needed. The session is suitable for beginners and you’ll be guided every step of the way.
