If you’ve joined one of my classes or retreats, you’ll know this isn’t just movement. My style blends body, breath and mindset. Every session is an opportunity to slow down, check in, and reconnect with yourself.
I believe in the power of yoga to create deep inner shifts and I teach from lived experience. These aren’t just yoga sessions, I blend coaching, embodiment and somatic awareness to support true inner change – not just flexibility or fitness. They’re designed to support your nervous system, mindset and energy. Think of them as part yoga, part emotional reset, part embodied coaching.
This is more than yoga – it’s deep personalised support for body, mind and heart.
Joined Chaz for her Yoga retreat in Sagres, Portugal which was just incredible. She took a number of Yin and Nidra Yoga sessions as-well as a mindful coaching class. My first time doing anything like that, Chaz is both welcoming and professional. Really beautiful opening experience to the world of yoga! Highly recommend.

Vinyasa Yoga
My vinyasa classes are an invitation to return to your body through conscious, flowing movement. This practice weaves together breath, intentional transitions and embodied awareness – helping you feel grounded, empowered and more connected to yourself.

Each sequence is designed to bring you out of your head and into the present moment. Whether you’re building strength, shifting stagnant energy, or rediscovering joy in movement, this is about tuning in, not performing.
You’ll be guided to honour your pace, listen to your body, and explore what flow means for you. You’ll leave feeling clearer, stronger and more aligned with yourself.

Yoga Nidra
My Yoga Nidra sessions offer guided deep rest – a practice that brings the body into a state of stillness while the mind enters the healing space between sleep and wakefulness.

This is where the nervous system unwinds and the subconscious can be gently reshaped. Each session is fully personalised, whether you’re working on calming anxiety, rebuilding self-trust, boosting clarity or setting powerful intentions.
You’ll be guided through body scans, breath awareness, and visualisation to support deep relaxation and lasting mindset shifts. You’ll leave feeling replenished, clear, and more connected to your inner world. This style of practice can be perfectly blended with Yin in a 50/50 split.

Yin Yoga
My Yin classes offer a deeply nurturing space to surrender, slow down and reconnect with yourself. Through longer-held postures, gentle breathwork and soulful reflection, this practice supports your mind, body and emotions – encouraging relaxation, flexibility and emotional release.

Each session is thoughtfully sequenced around specific meridian lines (energetic pathways) to support both your physical and emotional needs. I’ll also guide you with inspiring prompts and yogic insight while holding a safe, supportive space for self-inquiry and deeper inner connection.
You’ll leave feeling open, grounded and at peace. This is the perfect practice to release stored tension – especially when life feels full and you need to take some time back for yourself.
All pricing includes a consultation where we’ll chat about how you’re feeling – physically, emotionally and energetically – so I can shape a practice that feels right for you.

Perfect for a top-up, reset, or if you’re new and want to try it out.
