The week is built around balance, blending movement and stillness, rest and gentle adventure, with energising morning yoga or Pilates, calming evening practices such as Yin and yoga nidra, nourishing food, women’s circles, mindset support, a Lithuanian pirtis sauna ritual, optional surf, and time in nature.
In between guided sessions, you are free to choose what you need most, from cliff walks and ocean dips to massage, acupuncture, or quiet moments in the sun.
