Conscious Connected Breathwork Class

A guided Conscious Connected Breathwork session to help you regulate your nervous system, build resilience, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.

Join Chaz for a powerful Conscious Connected Breathwork journey designed to help you step out of your busy mind and reconnect with yourself.

Using the breath as a bridge between body and mind, these guided sessions support nervous system regulation, emotional release, self-awareness and personal growth. Each week explores a different theme – from self-trust and resilience to boundaries, purpose, and navigating change – helping you gain deeper insight into yourself and how you respond to life.

Combining breathwork, nervous system education, music, and guided integration, you’ll be supported in releasing stress, quieting mental noise, building emotional resilience, and creating space for greater clarity, confidence, and connection.

Participants often leave feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

This class is for you if you want to:

  • Reduce stress and overwhelm
  • Regulate your nervous system
  • Build emotional resilience and self-trust
  • Release emotional tension and mental clutter
  • Gain clarity and reconnect with your intuition
  • Create space for reflection, healing, and personal growth
  • Experience a powerful reset for your mind, body, and energy

No previous breathwork experience is needed. Simply come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to explore what arises.

Important Information

Conscious Connected Breathwork can be a powerful practice that may create physical, emotional, and energetic shifts. By booking this session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing and agree to participate at your own pace. Please see more information below about contraindications and possible side effects before booking.

Each 60 minute session is centred around a personal growth theme and explores how it relates to the nervous system and neuroscience. You’ll be guided through grounding practices, rounds of Conscious Connected Breathwork, and occasional breath holds, before finishing with a restorative integration designed to help your body absorb the experience. There will also be an opportunity for reflection and Q&A at the end.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and joining from a quiet space where you can lie down undisturbed for the duration of the session. You may wish to have a yoga mat, blanket (as you can experience changes in body temperature), pillow (to place under the knees to support the back), eye mask, journal, and water nearby. Avoid eating a large meal for 1–2 hours beforehand and ensure you have a stable internet connection. Most importantly, arrive with an open mind and a willingness to be present with whatever arises.

No experience is necessary. Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or have an established practice, you’ll be guided through the session step by step and encouraged to work at a pace that feels right for you. You always have agency over your own breath and can always come back to your natural breath at any point during the session.

Conscious Connected Breathwork can create a range of experiences during and after the session as your body, mind, and nervous system process stored stress and emotion.

Physical: Tingling in the hands, feet, or face, changes in body temperature, dizziness, light-headedness, muscle tension or cramping (tetany), spontaneous movement, emotional release, fatigue, or increased energy.

Emotional: Feelings such as joy, sadness, grief, anger, love, gratitude, or vulnerability may arise as emotions are processed and released.

Psychological & Visual: Increased clarity, creativity, insight, and self-awareness are common. Some people may experience vivid memories, visualisations, see colours, shapes, or imagery, or gain new perspectives on situations in their life. Temporary emotional intensity or heightened sensitivity can also occur.

Every experience is unique and there is no “right” way to experience breathwork. Most effects are temporary, with many participants reporting feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected afterwards.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful practice that can create physical, emotional, and psychological shifts. It may not be suitable for everyone.
