Full Moon Ceremony: Yin & Conscious Connected Breathwork

This online Full Moon Ceremony will help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your emotional needs, and release what you no longer need.

Join Chaz for an online Full Moon Ceremony to help you slow down, turn inward and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.

Through supported yin, reflective journaling, conscious connected breathwork, nervous system education, music and guided integration, you’ll be invited to soften tension, quiet mental noise, release emotional holding and reconnect with your inner sense of safety.

This ceremony is for you if you want to:

  • Reduce stress and overwhelm
  • Regulate your nervous system
  • Create space for emotional release and reflection
  • Reconnect with your needs and intuition
  • Soften old protection patterns
  • Release something that’s been weighing heavy on you lately

No previous yin or breathwork experience is needed. Come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to explore what arises.

Important Information

Conscious Connected Breathwork can be a powerful practice that may create physical, emotional, and energetic shifts. By booking this session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing and agree to participate at your own pace. Please see more information below about contraindications and possible side effects before booking.

This Full New Moon Ceremony combines gentle yin, journaling and Conscious Connected Breathwork.

You’ll be guided through supported yin postures to help soften tension and bring awareness into the body, before exploring reflective prompts connected to emotional safety, self-nurturing, receiving and setting intentions from a grounded place.

From there, you’ll move into rounds of Conscious Connected Breathwork, with music and guided support to help release emotional holding, quiet mental noise and reconnect with yourself more deeply.

The session will close with restorative integration, giving your body time to absorb the experience.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and joining from a quiet space where you will be undisturbed for the duration of the session. You may wish to have a yoga mat, blanket (as you can experience changes in body temperature), pillow (to place under the knees to support the back), eye mask, journal, and water nearby. Avoid eating a large meal for 1–2 hours beforehand and ensure you have a stable internet connection. Most importantly, arrive with an open mind and a willingness to be present with whatever arises.

Whether you’re completely new to yin, breathwork or both, you’ll be guided through the session step by step and encouraged to move at a pace that feels right for your body.

Yin postures will be accessible, with options offered so you can find a shape that works for you.

During the breathwork, you always have agency over your own breath and can return to your natural breath at any point.

Conscious Connected Breathwork can create a range of experiences during and after the session as your body, mind, and nervous system process stored stress and emotion.

Physical: Tingling in the hands, feet, or face, changes in body temperature, dizziness, light-headedness, muscle tension or cramping (tetany), spontaneous movement, emotional release, fatigue, or increased energy.

Emotional: Feelings such as joy, sadness, grief, anger, love, gratitude, or vulnerability may arise as emotions are processed and released.

Psychological & Visual: Increased clarity, creativity, insight, and self-awareness are common. Some people may experience vivid memories, visualisations, see colours, shapes, or imagery, or gain new perspectives on situations in their life. Temporary emotional intensity or heightened sensitivity can also occur.

Every experience is unique and there is no “right” way to experience breathwork. Most effects are temporary, with many participants reporting feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected afterwards.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful practice that can create physical, emotional, and psychological shifts. It may not be suitable for everyone.
