I participated in a retreat with Chaz and I feel so grateful, blessed and inspired. Chaz created a real safe space with amazing treatments. We experienced great activity’s, had beautiful talks and great impulses for reflection. Everything hold by a beautiful energy of female power and love!!

I have just spent the last 5 days on the Balance Retreat led by Chaz and at 31 years of age, I can quite honestly say this was the most transformative experience of my life.

The retreat itself was the perfect balance of wellness, reflection, fun and time to actually get to know the other amazing women. Moreover, the activities planned, truly allowed me to experience such joy and actually feel present (the first time in as long as I can remember).

I wish I had the words to summarise how truly special Chaz is, but there just doesn’t seem to be the right ones! What I can say is that she is a human sunshine, radiates warmth, facilitates the safest, most loving environment for us to look inwards and let go of anything holding us back, and created the most beautiful space for us all to really grow during our time together. By the end we all felt like a family, none of us wanted to leave!

I have just come back from Chaz’s balance retreat and could not recommend highly enough. From the incredible breath work session, to yoga/pilates, sauna ritual experience, surfing lessons and life coaching – it has everything that I didn’t even know I needed. And the food – yum! The group of women were a mix of ages, backgrounds and abilities who really gelled. Chaz has the purest, warmest energy and lives and breathes by the things that she teaches in this retreat. This is not just any retreat, it was something so special and the whole group really felt lighter and connected by the end. I’m pretty sure the whole group put their names down for her September retreat already!!

I just returned from Chaz‘s Balance Retreat and it has been an incredible experience. Chaz is the kind of host who makes you feel seen from the moment you arrive. Warm, authentic, and genuinely open. Someone who is deeply committed to creating something real. The space held was generous and inclusive, and that set the tone for everything that followed. The week was beautifully curated: morning pilates and yoga to ease us into the day, a sauna ritual that became something almost sacred, surfing, cliff and sunset hikes that reminded me how extraordinary the natural world is when you slow down enough to notice it. Every experience felt intentional, chosen to bring a little more light to life, and it did exactly that. Chef Julia’s cooking was beautiful, nourishing, and made with unmistakable care. Five days in Sagres with Chaz isn’t just a retreat. It’s a week you carry with you, in the memories made, the people you meet, and the quiet shifts that happen when you give yourself permission to just be. I won’t forget it.
